Bar Supervisor. Job Summary The Palawan @ Sentosa , Shangri-La Group's first standalone lifestyle and entertainment precinct on Sentosa Island, seeks a Bar Supervisor to lead and inspire the bar team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through innovative beverage creation and operational excellence. As the Bar Supervisor we rely on you to: Lead and supervise a team of bartenders to deliver high-quality beverageservice and guest satisfaction Create and innovate mixed beverages that align with brand standards and enhance guest experience Drive sales growth by influencing and coaching team members on upselling andsuggestive selling techniques Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions to support team and guest engagement Ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with necessary tools and productsto maintain smooth operations Monitor and maintain compliance with Food Hygiene and Safety Standards toguarantee a safe environment for guests and staff Continuously seek opportunities to increase guest satisfaction levels through service excellence and operational improvements We are looking for someone who: Experience in Beverage Operations with practical knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage trends Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and motivatethe bar team Experience in leading a team of bartenders within a restaurant or bar environment Commitment to delivering high-quality guest service with a welcoming and professional manner Willingness to work shifts to meet operational needs We Offer 5-day work week Learning and Development opportunities for career development Medical and insurance coverage Special employee discount within Shangri-La Group Duty Meals If you are the right person, what are you waiting for Click the apply button now and be part of the team!
