We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients, both locally and internationally. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, visits, and personalized service. Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals, including pricing, documentation, and presentations, to address client needs and secure business. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through consistent sales efforts and effective account management. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of technical projects and bids within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Industry Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its key players. Client Visits: Be willing to travel and conduct client meetings regularly. Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Qualificiations At least 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record of revenue generation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Ideally experienced with retained customers, advertising selection, and complex proposals. Strong understanding of decision-making processes within senior executive levels.
