Role Description As the Head of Merchandise Management, you will lead the overall merchandise strategy to drive sales performance, profitability, and brand positioning across retail channels. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing merchandise assortments that align with customer demand, market trends, and business objectives. This role involves overseeing product selection, pricing strategies, inventory planning, and lifecycle management. You will work closely with buying, supply chain, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure optimal product availability and presentation. As a senior leader, you will provide strategic direction, guide team development, and use data-driven insights to maximize revenue, margin, and sell-through.
