Storekeeper (Healthcare Industry) - North - WCDT, Singapore

Responsibilities Manage and organise inventory, ensuring proper storage, labelling, and stock control Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment Issue items based on approved requests and maintain accurate records Track all stock movements, including receipts, issuance, and transfers Raise purchase requisitions and assist with procurement activities Receive and verify incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices Maintain proper documentation for operational, audit, and compliance purposes Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area Monitor expiry dates and handle perishable items appropriately Liaise with vendors and internal departments on inventory and deliveries Support periodic stock counts and reconciliation exercises Assist with basic facilities coordination (e.g. minor repairs, servicing follow-ups, contractor access) Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Management
Requirements GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent, or relevant work experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, logistics, administration, or related fields Able to follow established procedures accurately and consistently Strong organisational and record-keeping skills Basic understanding of inventory control and procurement processes Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability in handling stock and documentation Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors Basic IT proficiency (e.g. Excel, inventory systems) Physically capable of handling store-related tasks when required
