Description
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales department. Manage urgent calls, emails, and customer enquiries in the absence of Sales Representatives. Process incoming orders by verifying pricing, discounts, product details, and inventory before generating sales orders. Assist walk-in customers when the marketing team is unavailable. Update commercial team sales revenue based on data from the accounts department. Follow up with key customers on after-sales matters, including service disputes and loan units, in coordination with the sales team. Prepare quotations for customers.
Qualifications: Min 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Customer Service roles is advantageous. Strong sales and customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
