Bank account Opening and Operations (9-month contract), Singapore

Our client is a regional Private Equity firm with a strong track record in the region. Due to expansion of business, they are looking for an Operations Associate, it is a contract role and the role is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities: Support the team in on-boarding new funds, special purpose vehicles and other legal entities Liaise with bankers, custodians and brokers to open new accounts Handle internal and external KYC requests including annual review by banks and service providers Manage and monitor filing requirements under the relevant authorities and ensure filing due dates are met. Work with external agent on filing requirements, KYC/AML matters and monitoring of the progress. Support fund operational functions to ensure the timely payments and smooth transaction operation Other ad-hoc fund operation tasks
Key requirements At least 2 years of experience in bank opening, KYC, documents experience Bachelor degree or diploma holder Team player, meticulous, diligent Good communication skills and positive attitude
