Bookkeeping & Accounting Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records Organise and maintain invoices, receipts, and supporting documents Use Quickbook accounting software for day-to-day bookkeeping Reporting & Reconciliation Prepare basic monthly financial summaries (income and expenses) Perform bank reconciliations Support ad-hoc financial reports for management and programmes

Requirements
Prior experience in accounting, finance, GST or bookkeeping Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and accounting software QuickBook Basic understanding of IRAS, withhold Tax compliance requirements is preferred
