Design and build mission-critical web apps with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS. . Turn complex operational data into intuitive dashboards, maps, and visualizations. . Run user testing and iterate based on real feedback. . Code for performance and security in air-gapped, high-stakes environments. . Own features end-to-end: from Figma mockups to production deployment. Requirements: . Degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design or related field. . Minimum 2 years shipping production frontend code. . Expert in React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS are an advantage. . Strong UX fundamentals: you can wireframe, prototype, and care about accessibility. . Experience with data-heavy UIs: tables, charts (D3.js), maps (Mapbox/Leaflet). . Team player who can take feedback from engineers and end-users alike. .
