Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager, Singapore

Key Deliverables: . Manage accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities . Deliver accurate and timely monthly management reports and annual statutory filings . Ensure efficient and timely execution of back-office operation
Job Responsibilities: . Ensure accurate and timely accounting, month-end closing, and financial reporting for the investment entities and holding company in accordance with SFRS/IFRS. . Manage the external audit process, including preparation of audit schedules, responding to audit queries, and timely completion of statutory filings. . Manage all tax related matters, including corporate income tax and GST filings, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. . Monitor daily cash positions across group entities, including coordination of funding, capital movements and cash flow requirements. . Review investment and treasury transactions to ensure accuracy and proper recording. . Support daily trade settlement transaction processes. . Manage banking relationships, including KYC reviews and periodic bank compliance requirements and account maintenance. . Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies. . Prepare management and ad hoc analyses for internal and external stakeholders. . Support system implementations and other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements: . Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline. . Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, ideally within investment entities, holding companies. . Strong understanding of investment accounting and financial instruments. . Proactive team player with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
