Job Highlight Located atGreenwich Monday to Friday,8:00am - 5:45pm Up tp $5,000 per month AWS, VB About the Role We are hiring an Operations Analyst to support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives within a logistics and warehouse environment. This role is idealfor individuals who enjoy analysing operations, driving efficiency, and workingclosely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Improvement & Optimisation Analyse warehouse and administrative processes to identify areas for improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and sustainability Implement solutions to reduce operational inefficiencies and waste 2. Data Analysis& Digitalisation Utilise digital tools and data analytics to improve operational performance Support the implementation of automation and digital solutions (e.g.dashboards, workflow tools) Monitor performance metrics and track improvement outcomes 3. StakeholderEngagement Work closely with operations teams to understand challenges and improvementopportunities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project implementation Present improvement initiatives and proposals to customers for approval 4. Project Management Lead or support continuous improvement projects from planning to execution Ensure projects meet defined timelines, cost-saving, and performancetargets Track and report progress on improvement initiatives Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or process improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order processing Exposure to tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, or Python isan advantage Why Join Opportunity to work in an established
