At ASND, we embrace adaptability, personal growth, and inclusivity in everything we do. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Coach role based in Singapore. The Coach will work directly with clients to design and implement individualized fitness programs, taking into consideration their unique abilities and goals. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing and modifying exercise plans, providing one-on-one coaching, and fostering a supportive and encouraging environment. Coaches will also engage in continuing education to apply evidence-informed approaches to their practice and collaborate with team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Qualifications Proficiency in creating personalized fitness training programs and conducting client assessments Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and inspire diverse clients Experience working with older adults, youth, and individuals with special needs in fitness or wellness-related capacities Knowledge of exercise science, safety guidelines, and evidence-based fitness techniques Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., CPT, ACE, NASM) or a degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field Commitment to inclusivity, adaptability, and fostering a positive client experience Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a professional and dynamic environment First aid and CPR certification is a plus
