Senior Solutions Architect (Payments/Fintech), Singapore

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to help deliver world class payment service solutions to our partners and their customers, establishing OSL BizPay as the trusted, institutional-grade payment rail for banks, fintechs, and major enterprises. In this role, you will apply your market expertise, customer understanding and product knowledge to become the technical bridge between our Sales team and prospective customers. This will require you to work cross-functionally (with Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering to name a few) to translate complex business requirements into tailored technical solutions that demonstrate BizPay's unique value proposition. You will need to navigate complex sales cycles, deliver product demos, lead compelling solution presentations, and ultimately close deals to help meet our regional GTM strategy. You should be equally comfortable in both a business and technical context, winning trust from both executive and engineering stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand their payment infrastructure, pain points and integration requirements. Become their trusted advisor. Act as an expert on BizPay Platform products and the payments industry to tailor solutions for prospects, finding a match between our technology and their requirements, even requirements that the prospects may not be aware yet Accountable to drive revenue alongside the business development team, being a key stakeholder in the sales Deliver product demonstrations, lead proof-of-concept implementations for our strategic prospects, work with engineering teams to configure sandbox environments Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Bank/PSP Channel Teams, Marketing and Operations teams to act as 'voice of customers' to drive roadmaps and feature prioritisation, continuously improve BizPay Platform's products and positioning in the market Participate in technical kickoff meetings and support early-stage customer onboarding for complex integrations
Key Requirements: 6-8 years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 within a presales or sales engineering role engaged in enterprise technology sales for FIs or other large enterprise clients Proven track record achieving commercial targets by leveraging consultative and solution-based sales skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and business audiences. Established history of effective collaboration within or alongside financial institutions, demonstrating a strong grasp of their challenges and needs and strong solutioning skills, finding ways to leverage our products to solve customer problems. Proven ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with cross functional teams, including experience communicating customer requirements to internal Product teams. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SWIFT, local payment networks, especially in the context of technical sales and solution design. A university degree in a related field or significant relevant professional experience in a technical sales environment. Proficiency in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate and present technical solutions to our clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of stablecoins and blockchain protocols a plus
