Wholesale Trade Manager (Vegetables & Fruits), Singapore

JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Identifying and attending important global events and trade shows to create, implement, and execute merchandising plans that help the business to grow and meet sales targets Maintain close relationships with local partners through regular market visits, meetings and business reviews Ensure business partners follow brand's standards in terms of retail operations, product assortments, visual merchandising, image and client services Find ways to improve and develop sales numbers through analyzing performances for all relevant accounts and monitoring competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities Fully manage the complete wholesale business for the region, with a key focus in Singapore market Identify potential operational & business improvement opportunities Utilize sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts and find ways to identify and convert new account opportunities for the business Establish new sourcing networks and strengthen existing supplier relationships desirable to our customers Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers and vendors Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Company JOB REQUIREMENTS
: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging and good knowledge in Wholesale vegetables & fruits products distributions through various channels Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings Able to work longer hours. Must work on weekends/PH. Strictly off on week days Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for fruits and vegetables. Able to withstand considerable exterior noise and extreme temperature fluctuations in warehouse Field work required. Need to do delivery if driver is off / medical leave or urgency of goods when required Good knowledge of products distributions through various wholesale and retail channels Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines 2A/2B/ Class 3 compulsory Preferably posses own transport. Required to travel from time to time
