Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Operations Assistant / Logistics Coordinator. The role involves supporting operations by organizing and managing daily tasks, coordinating logistics, providing effective customer service, and ensuring smooth flow within the team. The individual will also assist in operational planning and maintaining process efficiency through excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day processes. Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization. Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with teams and maintain client satisfaction. Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with project management tools, software, and logistics processes is a plus. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
