Company Overview The client is a civil engineering firm specializing in infrastructural projects. Job Summary Lead and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress while coordinating with clients and teams to resolve design and operational challenges. Responsibilities Manage construction activities and monitor project progress independently to meet deadlines Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical requirements accurately for site execution Supervise structural and architectural works while coordinating effectively with client representatives Lead and direct teams of workers and subcontractors to perform on-site tasks efficiently Identify and resolve design and site issues encountered during construction to maintain workflow Implement the Project Manager's work plan to ensure project objectives are met Prepare detailed daily progress reports and update work schedules to track project status Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with standards and specifications Monitor and enforce safety and health regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment Participate actively in project meetings to communicate progress and address concerns Perform other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability to support project needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 15 years of site working experience in the built industry Demonstrate effective communication skills to interact with staff at all levels Exhibit teamwork and a strong willingness to learn, contribute, and grow within the company
