Job Responsibilities To be familiar with the respective cuisine and related kitchen operations. Assist in both frontline and backend food operations To maintain an optimistic and lively work behavior and be able to undertake stress To adhere to food preparation and presentation requirements To be familiar with the upkeep of all kitchen appliances and equipment To adhere portion control requirements Any other additional projects/duties as instructed by Senior Sous Chef Job Requirement: 2 years kitchen experience Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
