Admin Associate Trainee (Dental Practice), Singapore

We are hiring an Admin Associate Trainee to support our dental clinic's daily operations. This is a hands-on administrative role that covers scheduling, billing, claims processing, records management, and patient coordination. What You Will Do Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic's daily schedule
Handle payment collection and process dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals
Maintain clinic records, fill out forms, and ensure timely submission of reports
Manage office and dental supply inventory and ordering
Welcome patients, attend to walk-ins, and handle phone and email enquiries
Perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations
What You Need Diploma or degree in any discipline
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, data entry)
Able to work rotating day shifts including at least one weekend day
No prior experience needed - comprehensive training provided
