About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and self motivated individual who wants to work in a fast paced media environment. You are someone who is excited by challenges and who enjoys negotiation and chasing hard deals. You are prepared to work hard and fast, and are good at thinking on your feet. You are able to work well under pressure and do not get weighed down by setbacks, being able to get back quickly on your feet to continue the chase.
As a Client Partner at SPH Media, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored media solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, strong solution-selling skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure a successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of key clients, understanding the clients' business objectives and marketing strategies. Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers and agency partners. Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to anticipate industry trends and client needs. Develop tailored media proposals that align with client's objectives and industry insights. Deliver persuasive sales presentations, leveraging data-driven insights and case studies. Structure competitive pricing, package offerings to maximize value for both clients and SPH Media. Own revenue targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth. Ensure forecast accuracy and prepare performance reports to leadership. Identify potential risks and challenges to proactively develop solutions. Develop long-term sales strategies, ensuring a quarter-ahead approach to business growth. Work closely with Account Managers on campaign delivery and setting clear client expectations. Collaborate with Account Managers to optimize campaign performance and enhance client experience.

Qualifications & Skills: A degree in Marketing or Business At least 5 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or digital marketing Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations Excellent communication skills and possess a client-first approach
