CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER CUM DATA ENTRY, Singapore

Industry: Beauty Salon Your primary responsibilities include (but not limited to): .Welcome and greet customer. .Manage outlet administration answer phone call, report, etc. .Handle and process the customer's requests complaints comments appointments, etc. .Coordinate and promote marketing promotions to customers through distribution of flyer and informing regular customers through tele calls .Assist in stock take, house-keeping, etc .Ad-hoc duities as and when required No working experience is required as on job training will be provided Computer Literacy . Basic PC knowledge - MS Excel & Gmail (IS A MUST) Language Abilities . Able to read, understand and speak well in English Others . Dynamic, pleasant and service oriented personality . Able to work independently . Excellent telephone etiquette . Able to start work immediately Employment Type: .
