About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and multi-skilled Dental Surgery Assistant cum Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Dental Werks' in Farrer Road, Singapore. As a Dental Surgery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring the smooth running of our dental practice. This is a full-time position with a 5.5-day work week.
What you'll be doing Assisting dentists during dental procedures by handing instruments, mixing materials, and managing the clinical environment Sterilizing and maintaining dental equipment, instruments, and supplies Greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, and handling patient inquiries and administrative tasks Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality of patient information Supporting the dental team in various other duties as required What we're looking for Previous experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant or in a similar healthcare support role Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and the dental team Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectively Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sterilization and infection control A genuine interest in the dental industry and a desire to contribute to the wellbeing of our patients What we offer
