Site Administrative Assistant, Singapore

Job Description: Provide professional administrative support on site Generate emails and reports when appropriate Site Admin provides administration support to the project team and handles project public relation issues. Site Admin serves as the primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and site. Site Admin duties include maintaining relationships and communicating project activities to project site neighborhood, and attending and resolving complaints from external parties. Site Admin acts as project document controller and performs administrative duties including filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of some project documents (correspondences), and handling of all incoming telephone calls. Assume responsibility for maintenance of site office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior / management deem fit. Requirements: Minimum ITE/Diploma in Administration or equivalent Minimum 2 years working experience in providing efficient administration in the construction environment. Skills required: simple computer skills, understanding words, excel and powerpoint. Can work independently with initiative and able to adapt in a fast- paced environment Multi-tasking and is able to handle stress Ability to work independently and as a team
