Healthcare Support Worker / Home Personal Care Aide (Flexible), Singapore

This role involves providing
companionship and basic care
to an elderly individual in a home environment. You will engage the senior in meaningful activities, ensure their safety, and assist with daily living tasks. This is a part-time position ideal for candidates with prior caregiving experience seeking flexible work. (1) Companionship & Supervision - Spend time interacting with the senior, preventing loneliness and ensuring they stay safe (e.g., prevent fall risks). (2) Assist with Activities of Daily Living - e.g. remind to take medicine, prepare light meals, help with mobility from bed to chair as needed. (3) Engage in Exercises & Activities - lead the senior in simple stretching or hand exercises, and keep their mind active with conversation, simple games, or reminiscing Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare (e.g. ex-nurse, healthcare assistant, or having cared for an elderly family member) is
required.
Basic training in eldercare or certification (like WSQ in caregiving)
preferred
Must be Singapore Citizen or PR (role is not open to work pass holders)
Fluent in English, able to speak in Chinese, Malay or Dialects is an advantage for client interaction.
