Job Summary Manage construction projects by planning schedules, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure smooth daily operations and timely progress Develop, compile, and deliver detailed site progress reports to stakeholders Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and standards Manage contract administration to ensure projects meet contractual requirements Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet customer quality standards Apply knowledge of BCA and relevant authority regulations to maintain compliance Communicate effectively with all levels of management to coordinate project activities Demonstrate leadership by organizing resources, taking initiative, and making analytical decisions independently Required competencies and certifications Degree in Civil, Building, Structural, or Construction Management from a recognized institution Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred competencies and qualifications At least 5 years of experience in construction/project management including structural and architectural works Other Information For interested applicants, please apply online or send your resume to (HIDDEN TEXT).
