Duties & Responsibilities Issuance and Return of Non-controlled Equipment: Perform issuance and return of non-controlled equipment to duty personnel. Maintain inventory and movement records via system.
Maintenance: Timely charging and replacement of equipment powered by batteries. Upkeep of t-loan items such as raincoat, safety vests, etc Report damaged items to the Logistics OIC for timely replacement.
Accountability: Ensure inventory and movement records are accurate at all times. Be accountable for all daily equipment store operations, including issuing and returning non-controlled equipment and/or cash equivalents. Stock check at the start/end of each shift.
Issuance of Taxi E-vouchers: Validate authorization slips signed by the Authorizing Officer and countercheck with the specimen signature.
Exception Reporting: Report any exceptions detected during daily operations, such as failure to return equipment within the stipulated time frame or inventory discrepancies.
Skills & Experience NITEC with a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook). Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Location: Certis East Coast or Certis West Deployment Centre
