Your ability to translate complex topics - from food science and nutrition to processing technology and regulatory trends - into clear, engaging editorial will be central to what you do. Key Responsibilities
Research and write accurate, insightful articles for print and digital formats. Conduct interviews with industry thought leaders, innovators, and suppliers to bring fresh perspectives to our content. Collaborate with editors, contributors, and industry experts to develop compelling stories. Translate technical concepts into content that is accessible and relevant to food industry professionals. Contribute to digital platforms including the website, newsletters, and social media. Stay informed on industry developments and emerging trends to inspire fresh editorial ideas.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a writer, preferably in trade, technical, or specialised publications. Strong background or genuine interest in food science, food technology, nutrition, or related fields. Exceptional research, writing, and storytelling skills. Experience with digital media platforms - web, social media, and digital publications - is highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
