JOB HIGHLIGHTS 44 working hours per week, 6 working days a week Possess valid food hygiene certificate JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure proper cleaning of dishes and cutleries Collect, clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, and cutleries etc. Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately. Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours. Assist with tasks in the kitchen Help with food preparation Upkeep and maintain Cleanliness of the Kitchen Maintain cleanliness & hygiene at all times. Remove garbage regularly.
