Description
Job Scope Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from policy members, HR representatives, and intermediaries via calls and emails in a professional and customer-focused manner Provide end-to-end customer support with strong focus on first-contact resolution and timely follow-up of cases, feedback, and complaints Support customers and intermediaries on the usage of company portals and mobile applications Manage escalated cases and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve servicing and claims-related matters Ensure accurate documentation, administrative support, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and service standards Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in contact centre call and email handling Familiar with contact centre systems and applications Customer-oriented with strong communication and escalation handling skills Experience in group insurance products and medical claims will be advantageous Insurance certifications will be advantageous Interested applicants please email your resume to
