Responsibilities: Revenue Generation: Deliver annual revenue targets across primary bond distribution, secondary trading flow, and structured products. Deal Execution: Drive strong investor participation and allocation in primary deals provide timely and actionable pricing feedback to syndicate. Client Development: Build and expand institutional investor relationships across Southeast Asia onboard new accounts and generate risk free PnL. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with DCM, trading and structuring team to originate and distribute products and generate trading opportunities. Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of investors for private debt and financing opportunities. Requirements: University Degree in any discipline with strong academic results At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Meticulous, with an eye for detail and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Hardworker and 'start-up' mentality is a must. Proficiency in Chinese language is preferred as substantial communication with our Head Office would be in Chinese
