Commercial Strategy Executive - Monee Credit, Singapore

Job Description
Act as the subject matter expert for business planning and GTM strategy in the Indonesia market, leading key initiatives such as business expansion, P&L optimisation, product enhancements, and cost efficiency. Drive the end-to-end development and growth of off-platform credit, from strategic planning and product development to operational execution. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Partnerships (KAM), Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technology—to ensure alignment at a regional level. Monitor key metrics, conduct deep dives into performance drivers, and identify root causes to implement effective solutions. Own both short- and long-term business goals, with a focus on delivering sustainable growth.
Requirements
More than 4 years of relevant work experience; prior exposure to Payments, Internet, Banking or FinTech industries is a plus. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities. Basic financial knowledge and budget planning will be needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven success in stakeholder management. Experience in retail credit product growth, merchant partnership would be an advantage. Proactive, eager to learn, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
