This role is ideal for a senior professional who thrives on strategic oversight and team development. Key Responsibilities: Tender Management:
Oversee the entire tendering process, ensuring competitive and accurate submissions for upcoming projects.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and technical support to team members oversee their daily tasks to ensure high-quality output.
Contractual Advice:
Interpret contract clauses and provide strategic advice to project stakeholders to mitigate risks.
Process Improvement:
Review existing commercial workflows and implement best practices for efficiency.
Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Significant experience in local construction contracts and tender management.
Natural leadership ability with a desire to mentor and develop junior staff.
