Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations. Prepare and validate payroll inputs including new hires, resignations, salary changes, bonuses, allowances, overtime, and deductions. Administer CPF contributions, IR8A/IR21/IR21 submissions, and annual tax filings. Liaise with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies and queries. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, MOM guidelines, and internal policies. Maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and documentation for audits and management reporting. Assist on payroll-related system updates, testing, and process improvements. Assist on employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration. Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and documentation in accordance with company policies. Maintain and update HRIS and employee records, ensuring data accuracy. Administer employee benefits, leave management, and insurance-related matters. Manage employee queries on payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner. Assist on HR reporting, audits, and ad-hoc HR projects as required. The Successful Applicant
Has 5 years of HR operations and hands-on/vendor payroll experience, within a corporate or financial services environment. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, or similar). High attention to detail with strong numerical skills. Ability to manage discreet information with discretion and professionalism. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in MS Office and Excel (VLOOKUP and PIVOTABLE) What's on Offer
