Job Description: . Creating a professional and welcoming experience for our customers based on the company's guidelines. . Obtain training and perform duties in Service and Kitchen Department. . Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism. . Attending to customers' needs and complaints promptly and politely. . Recommend improvements to Management where appropriate. . Resolve all potential service failure issues. . Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management. . Provide support as needed in various departments. . Business Management-Support in managing food and labor costs to increase Restaurant profitability. . Consistently review operational standards with the aim of always improving speed and service quality. . Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management. Requirements: .
