Remote Application Developer – Mid-Senior Freelance, Singapore

Join an exciting project to build a next-generation, mobile-first real estate engagement and intelligence platform designed for buyers, builders, developers, and brokers. This role focuses on developing the KMI PropertyScan Platform, a dynamic SaaS product that leverages QR-code-to-mobile experiences and is architected for future AI-powered features. The initial development phase will include dynamic QR code generation and management, mobile-optimized property pages, integrated lead capture forms, an admin dashboard with analytics, and a scalable backend for property and lead management. The platform is intended to serve a broad spectrum of real estate professionals, supporting tiered pricing and future expansion into advanced features such as SaaS billing, CRM, AI chatbots, predictive analytics, and enterprise APIs. Visual flowcharts and application workflows are provided to guide both end-user and admin journeys.
Deliverables
Develop dynamic QR code generation and management functionality. Build mobile-optimized property pages with integrated lead capture forms. Implement an admin dashboard featuring basic analytics and reporting. Create a robust backend for managing properties, leads, and user roles. Ensure the platform architecture supports scalability and future feature expansion. Integrate visual flowcharts and workflows into the development process. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver a seamless user experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in developing SaaS platforms, preferably in PropTech or real estate. Strong proficiency in backend and frontend development for mobile-first applications. Expertise in QR code technologies, RESTful APIs, and database management. Familiarity with admin dashboard creation, analytics integration, and lead management systems. Ability to design scalable, modular architectures for future feature growth. Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret visual workflows. Availability for part-time, contract-based work; remote collaboration is required.
