ServiceNow Solution Architect, Singapore

Key Responsibilities
. Lead and oversee ServiceNow platform architecture across large‑scale, complex implementations . Enhance systems and platform capabilities to meet evolving business and operational requirements . Define, review, and govern technical designs with focus on integration, performance, quality, security, and scalability . Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure operations teams to manage capacity planning and platform resilience . Ensure applications and infrastructure meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) . Track, analyze, and act on key performance indicators related to application and infrastructure performance . Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to multiple delivery teams . Contribute to strategic decision‑making and solution direction across programs and stakeholders
. Master proficiency in ServiceNow Platform Architecture . Master proficiency in Packaged Application Integration . Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent) . Proven experience leading and managing multiple technical teams in complex environments . Strong understanding of enterprise‑scale system performance, reliability, and scalability . Experience working collaboratively across business, technology, and operations stakeholders
