General Insurance Executive We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Insurance Executive to manage our clients' general insurance matters. This is a non-sales role that offers valuable exposure to a wide range of insurance products, including fire insurance, marine cargo insurance, and more. Responsibilities Provide advice to clients on general insurance matters Understand clients' insurance needs and communicate them to insurance providers Act on behalf of the manager to source and obtain quotations from insurers Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive and suitable terms for clients Manage and maintain assigned client accounts Prepare reports and updates for various client cases Oversee and manage insurance claims on behalf of clients Assist clients with policy-related queries, claims, updates, and changes Handle client complaints professionally and provide effective solutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service Coordinate effectively between clients and internal departments Perform other ad-hoc duties as required No sales responsibilities required for this role Requirements Minimum to have a Diploma or Degree in any field At least 1 year of working experience (preferably in insurance entry-level applicants are welcome for consideration)
