Supply Chain Manager, Singapore

Role Description Manage long-term demand forecasting, inventory planning, and purchase order confirmation for raw materials and equipment. Establish effective inventory management standards to optimize operational, logistics, and procurement costs. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers on warehousing, fulfilment, storage, and reverse logistics operations. Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational standards. Manage freight forwarders and coordinate import/export shipments, including negotiation of shipping schedules and freight rates. Oversee procurement activities, supplier management, localization of goods, and COGS cost control. Handle invoice verification, payment reconciliation, and product quality non-conformance coordination. Work closely with procurement, sales, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely delivery. Drive system and process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs. Identify and mitigate inventory-related risks, including damages, expiry, and obsolescence. Support new product launches and related projects in collaboration with China Headquarters. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications Proficiency in Demand Planning and strong Analytical Skills for forecasting and ensuring efficient inventory levels Expertise in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders Relevant experience in supply chain roles, preferably with exposure to the food and beverage or retail industries
