Technical Sales Executive
to join our Mobile & Mobile Parts Shop. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile phones, spare parts, accessories, and repair services, combined with proven sales experience in the mobile industry. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing accurate technical advice, promoting mobile devices and components, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves handling inquiries, maintaining product displays, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and market trends. Prior experience in mobile retail or repair environment will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: . Sales of mobile phones and mobile spare parts . Provide technical advice to customers regarding mobile hardware & software . Handle import and export of mobile phone parts . Identify and source mobile spare parts from suppliers . Install and troubleshoot Android and Mac software . Support mobile servicing and repair activities . Maintain good customer relationships and achieve sales targets Requirements: . Minimum 10 years of experience in mobile phone-related business . Strong knowledge of mobile spare parts and accessories . Basic knowledge of mobile hardware and software . Experience in Android and Mac software installation . Knowledge of mobile phone import & export business . Good communication and sales skills . Responsible, hardworking, and team player
