Property Manager (Residential Estate Portfolio), Singapore

A well-established public sector organization is currently hiring Property Managers / Assistant Property Managers to support its growing operations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the management and upkeep of residential estates across Singapore.
What you will do Oversee the day-to-day management and upkeep of common property, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security Plan and implement preventive maintenance programmes for building services and estate facilities Manage and supervise contractors on maintenance, repair, A&A, and R&R works across the estates Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance for upgrading and improvement projects Liaise with residents, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure smooth estate operations Attend to residents' feedback, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner Participate in emergency response activities when required Perform any other duties assigned by management What you will need Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management Min 2 years of experience in the property or facilities management function Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications would be advantageous Preferably possess experience in managing residential estates Location: Central-North Interested candidates kindly forward your CV to
