Description
Acheron is a market maker holding a CASP license issued by the AFM in the Netherlands under MiCAr and with passporting in all EU countries. Acheron provides liquidity services to digital asset issuers from their most embryonic stages and throughout their adoption cycle. It is our belief that market inefficiency is one of the factors preventing digital assets from achieving mass adoption.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our daily business operations. This is a hands-on role where you will learn how a Singapore-based company functions from the ground up. You will provide administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring that our workflows, documentation, and office coordination remain seamless.
Key Responsibilities 1. General Administration & Coordination Assist in daily office management, including handling mail, managing office supplies, and coordinating with building management. Support the team in scheduling meetings and managing the shared operations calendar. Maintain and organize digital filing systems to ensure all corporate documents are easily accessible and up to date. 2. Basic Finance & Vendor Support Assist in the preparation and filing of expense claims and vendor invoices. Liaise with vendors for basic queries Help maintain the vendor database 3. Documentation & Compliance Assist in drafting simple business letters, internal memos, and meeting minutes. Support HR/Ops in basic documentation Conduct simple research for operational improvements Requirements Eligibility:
Current Polytechnic or Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. Digital Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Word) and Google Workspace. Attention to Detail:
Ability to spot errors in data entry or documentation.
