Operations Executive – Beauty & Wellness Retail, Singapore

Oversee daily operations across 6 retail outlets and ensure SOP compliance
Support operations manager to resolve operational issues promptly
Track inventory, coordinate maintenance, and ensure service readiness
Support vendor procurement and supply chain coordination
Generate weekly/monthly operational reports for management
Ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety standards
Support campaign setups, seasonal promotions, and service launches
Assist with digital marketing efforts:
Coordinate and support content creation for social media (e.g. videos, posts)
Monitor and manage customer comments, reviews, and DMs on platforms like Google, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiao Hong Shu
Perform ad-hoc duties and administrative support as assigned by management
Who We're Looking For Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in operations or retail (beauty/wellness a plus)
Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, or social media handling
Proficient in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal teams, Chinese-speaking staff, and vendors
Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, POS or CRM systems
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Willing to travel across various outlet locations in Singapore
