Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and documentation.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and room bookings.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor arrangements.
Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
Requirements: Minimum GCE O or A Level, Higher Nitec or Diploma qualification
Prior experience in customer service, sales / retail, hospitality or office support role is an advantage.
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice and commit for 6 to 12 months
