Key responsibilities
Manage Trade Management System users, trading limits, and client access, including onboarding via exchanges, FIX, APIs, or sponsored access. Provide first-line support to the trading desks and clients for trading system and access issues. Coordinate with technology vendors to resolve system issues and support enhancements and implementations. Automate reports and controls, monitor trading system alerts, log support queries, and assist Risk and Compliance teams on trading-related matters. Optimize team workflows by designing compliant processes, identifying improvements, managing change and escalations. Role requirements
Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Economics or related. with 2+ years' experience in derivatives Operations and/or trading platforms. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset to drive change.
