Our TCM Clinic is looking for a Front Desk/ Customer Servicer Officer who is interested in TCM Treatments and able to help patients through the process.
Location: 111 Mall or Centrepoint branch, both opposite Somerset MRT 6 days work week
Weekdays : 9:30am - 7:30pm Weekends: 10:00am - 7:00pm Responsibilities : Attend to patients, talk to them and understand their troubles. Give them a tour of our clinic Able to handles any sales duties when required. Manage Physicians request. Help out with the water feeding procedure under our specialty treatment. Attend to front desk duties Attend to Sales Duties Attend to Physicians.
Requirements : Able to speak converse in Mandarin as majority of our patients speaks mandarin. Prior experience in a clinic setting is a bonus Interest in TCM would be a good addition.
