Visual Merchandiser (Victoria's Secret), Singapore

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES . Participates in preparation and execution of floorset activity . Supports execution of merchandising and sell down strategies leveraging current visual merchandising tools . Provides feedback regarding merchandising opportunities to improve execution . Conducts daily review and inspection of sales floor to ensure all brand standards are in place . Implements window installations and interior displays . Optimizes and maintains the use of visual assets such as fixtures, props and marketing ensures all marketing and creative layer is current . Properly stores and maintains visual assets to avoid damage and communicates to leadership if damages are identified . Assists in training of new sales associates, serving as a shadow partner REQUIREMENTS . Energetic and proactive individuals who can work in dynamic environment . Sales and customer oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills . Great at communicating visually and verbally . 5 days work week (Mon-Fri 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm), only once a month weekend work . Once a month overnight work from 9pm-6am for changing of VM in store . Based in store and on the job training will be provided (no VM experience are welcome too)
