Job Overview:
We are hiring a
Full-Time Robotics Trainer
to deliver high-quality training programs that spark curiosity and innovation. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, passionate about teaching, and enjoys working with young learners. Key Responsibilities:
Teach robotics and coding classes to students (ages 3-16) using platforms like block based Robotics, Scratch, Python, or similar tools.
Deliver engaging lessons in coding fundamentals, robotics design, and problem-solving.
Customize and develop lesson plans, projects, and teaching materials.
Set up and maintain robotics kits, laptops, and classroom equipment.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Conduct workshops, holiday camps, and competition training sessions.
Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve program delivery and innovation.
Support student participation in competitions such as WRO, FLL, or hackathons.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
Experience in teaching or working with children is preferred.
Proficient in at least one coding language (e.g., Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
Familiar with LEGO Mindstorms/Spike Prime, Arduino, Micro:bit, or similar.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic about teaching young learners.
Willing to work during weekends, school holidays, and special events.
