Procurement Executive (Construction/ Commercial Kitchen …, Singapore

Location: AMK Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm Job Descriptions Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers for commercial kitchen equipment. Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers for the best deals. Prepare cost estimates and support budgeting for procurement activities. Manage purchasing within approved budgets. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate procurement records. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials. Update supplier, procurement, and inventory information in company systems. Handle procurement issues such as delivery delays, pricing discrepancies, and quality concerns. Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments. Support process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency. Job Requirements Diploma or equivalent in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain. Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation. Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost analysis is an advantage. Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, food service, hospitality equipment, or related industries is preferred.
