Responsibility Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through scheduled servicing and repairs.
Breakdown Response
- Support troubleshooting and assist teams in restoring operational readiness, including standby duties.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to workplace safety, environmental policies, and regulatory requirements during inspections and audits.
Tool & Equipment Care
- Maintain proper handling, usage, and safekeeping of tools in line with company guidelines.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with supervisors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
Documentation & Reporting
- Record maintenance activities, prepare reports, and support investigations to improve performance.
Requirements Diploma or equivalent in Vertical Transportation or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance is an added advantage Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred Email resume to (HIDDEN TEXT) or WhatsApp +65 88583584 (Texting only No calling, thanks!)
