The successful candidate will support clients by providing expert advice and personalized service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, preparing legal documents, advising clients based on market analysis, and ensuring a seamless and transparent process for all parties involved. Additionally, the agent is expected to maintain strong relationships with clients and foster a customer-focused approach. Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License and demonstrated knowledge in the Real Estate industry Proficiency in Customer Service and strong relationship-building skills Experience in Real Property transactions and property market analysis Proven track record in Real Estate Sales Highly motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations is a plus
