Key Responsibilities
Handle daily operations documentation (import/export permits, air waybills, bills of lading) Ensure accuracy and compliance in all paperwork Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders when required Maintain proper filing and documentation records Support day-to-day operational tasks Requirements
Male applicants must have completed National Service Residing in the East Zone of Singapore Minimum GCE 'O' Level or 'N' Level qualification Able to speak and write good English Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office required) Willing to work beyond standard hours when necessary Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive Able to work independently Working Hours
5 Day Work Week Office hours (able to OT if required) Training Provided $2,500 - $2,800 (No experience) $2,800 - $3,200 (With relevant knowledge or at least 1 year experience)
