to grow with us. As one of the oldest and most established Lebanese restaurants in Singapore, we are known for our authentic flavours, warm hospitality, and loyal clientele. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing authentic breads, desserts and grilled meats.
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Support senior chefs with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Learn and develop culinary techniques specific to Middle Eastern cuisine
What We're Looking For:
Fresh graduates or entry-level chefs with a culinary diploma/certificate
Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine and eagerness to learn
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
Team player with a desire to grow and develop skills
Experience in baking, pastry work, or grilling is a plus but not required
